How it works

  1. One tap a day

Tap where you worked: office, home, elsewhere. Set your usual week once and the app fills in the coming days; you just confirm them.

  2. Your count, up to date

See how many days you've used and how many are left, against your country of residence's limit. For France, it's adjusted automatically for part-time work or a partial year.

  3. A report that holds up

Download a PDF with every confirmed day, your notes and proof. Keep it with your tax papers or send it to payroll.

Proof anyone can check

Dated by the server

The server records when it received each day. Your phone's clock isn't used.

Sealed and timestamped

Every report is signed and timestamped (RFC 3161). Any later change shows.

Verifiable by anyone

Your employer or the tax office can check a report in seconds, without an account.

What LetzDays proves: when you logged each day, and that the report hasn't been changed. Whether the days are true is still up to you.

Your data stays yours

Encrypted vault

Payslips and tax notices are encrypted on your phone with your own passphrase. Nobody else can open them.

Export or delete

Download all your data or delete your account at any time, from the app.

No third parties

No ads, no trackers, no requests to other sites. No GPS location stored.

Common questions

What counts as a day outside Luxembourg?

Any day you work from home or anywhere else outside Luxembourg, including training and business trips. Even part of a day counts as a whole day. Holidays, sick days, public holidays and weekends don't count. For Germany, less than 30 minutes of work outside Luxembourg doesn't count.

What happens if I go over the limit?

Your home country can then tax your salary for every day you worked outside Luxembourg that year, starting from the first one, not only the extra days. For Germany, the salary is split by the time you actually worked there. Talk to your payroll before you reach the limit.

How is my limit calculated?

34 days a year for residents of France, Belgium and Germany. France reduces it for part-time work and for a job held only part of the year, rounded down. You can also enter your payroll's figure in Settings.

What is the social security limit?

It's a separate rule from tax. If more than 25% of your working time is abroad, you may have to move to your home country's social security. The limit is 49% if your employer signed the EU teleworking agreement for you.

Is this tax advice?

No. The app keeps an honest record and applies the published rules. Check unusual cases with your payroll or an adviser.
